treatment duration

The duration of treatments corresponds to the length of your experience booked at
Glam Monte Carlo. We kindly ask that you arrive at the reception 10 minutes
before your appointment in order to get the most from your experience.

cancellation policy

Please inform the salon of any cancellations as soon as possible. Any 
cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment time will incur a 50% cost.

late arrivals

If you arrive late to an appointment, we will offer you the same treatment if our schedule permits. If that is not possible, we may shorten your treatment appropriately.
